Life Time Warranty On All Workmanship!
Why offer a Lifetime Warranty on Workmanship?
Very Simple & I have 5 very good reasons why,
1) I use only the best materials on my projects, but more than that I tend to over build in structure, integrity & quality of installation which means no call backs or installation failures.
2) I provide a yearly maintenance service on all of my projects as well, which means I reseal, re-caulk & re-inspect your original project once a year for as long as you own your home. There will not be an issue caused by inadequate maintenance.
3) By maintaining your project yearly for you I feel that you will be needing other projects in the future & I would like to be, not only your first option, but also your best option for your future projects.
4) There is not another Contractor that I know of that offers anything more than a couple of years warranty on their installation. If they are not willing to warranty their work for more than a year or two, how much confidence can you have in their workmanship?
5) There is not another Contractor that offers a yearly maintenance program as part of their standard operating procedures. This would obviously be an upgraded service, if it is even offered by them.
